WinTabs is a little program that makes it easier to access multiple documents while using one of 71 supported programs (full list below). It adds to the caption bar a series of tabs, each representing an open document. With each new document you open, a new tab is added. To change active document, user only has to click on the document tab. WinTabs itself runs as a convenient icon in the System Tray area of the Windows taskbar. Ample documentation is included, together with full support for installation and uninstallation.
Wintabs works with 71 programs: Acrobat, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe/Acrobat Reader, AOL

The only reason I didn't give WinTabs a 5 is that it's been out of development for several years.
